IAW FAR 36.101-3, the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000
The work to be performed under the terms of this contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the relocation of fire alarm circuit, B3001, O106-065 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma.

After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received by noon on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP, the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access.
After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, Initial Site Visit is set for Thursday, March 5 at 1300 (1:00 pm) CST on Tinker AFB, B3001. Meeting location will be at B3001 in the lobby of the administration entrance. This entrance is by the flagpole.
You must attend the initial Site Vist for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
