Veterans Affairs Seeking Medical Space The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease a minimum of 19,000 19,950 maximum usable square feet of medical office space in the Henrico County delineated area of Richmond, Virginia. The space must be handicap accessible in according with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (4 CFR 101-19.6, App A) and ready for occupancy immediately. On-site parking for 120 vehicles is required including 30 designated handicapped parking spaces specifically for VA usage. The VA requires a full-service lease for a five (5) year firm term with an additional five (5) years for a total of ten (10) years. All proposed space must be within the following delineated area: Within five (5) miles of the center of the Henrico County area of Richmond.
