X-Band Switch

Solicitation N0042117Q0397 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis for X-Band Switch with Microwave Applications Group, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). Microwave Applications Group is the original equipment manufacturer and maintains proprietary rights to technical data required to manufacture the required equipment. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. Award will be made on an all or nothing basis. Vendor MUST be an authorized distributor. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based upon response to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. All other information is in the attached RFQ. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote to Olive Rogers at contact@example.gov no later than 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time 30-AUG-2017. Offerors MUST complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law. Please provide the completed certification with your offer.
