Full Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, North Florida/South Georgia Healthcare System, VISN 8 , intends to award on a non-competitive, firm-fixed price Lease Contract under simplified lease acquisition procedures to Doctor's Memorial Hospital, 333 North Byron Butler Parkway, Perry, Florida 32347 for lease space to operate a Rural Health Outreach Clinic for the veterans in and around Taylor County Florida. This requirement will be awarded to Doctor's Memorial Hospital based upon the authority at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.3 and 6.302-1(a)(2). The North American Industry Classification Code for this procurement is 531120. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government does not intend to accept proposals received. Award will be made following the publication of this notice. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. All inquiries and concerns shall be addressed in writing to the email address stated herein, Attn: Rachel Griner, Inquiries to this notice shall be received by May 14, 2012, 12:00pm Eastern Time to Department of Veteran Affairs, 619 South Marion Avenue, Lake City, Florida 32025.
