The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: Space Type: Medical Office ANSI BOMA USF: Min-19,500 / Max- 19,999 Lease Term: 10 Years / Firm Term: 5 Years Estimated Occupancy: ASAP Delineated Area: See attached map ADDITIONAL BUILDING REQUIREMENTS: The offered space: " Shall meet Federal and State Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. " Shall be contiguous and built to VA specifications " Shall be zoned for the intended use " Shall be modified gross lease (VA will pay for interior janitorial services and gas/electric) " Shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government is limited by law (41 C.F.R. 102-73.55) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space. RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT THE VA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AND THE VA WILL NOT REIMBURSE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
