The Export Import Bank of the United States, Contract Services, 811 Vermont Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C., 20571 intends to award a sole source order to Kennedy-Wilson Properties, LTD under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 for rental space for the Export-Import Bank, Houston, Texas Southwest Regional Office.
