The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to obtain land for approximately three (3) building sites within five (5) miles of the U.S. Border Station which is located at mile 1221.8 Alaska Canadian Highway. This requirement is due to the security requirements of a rapid response time for the Customs and Border Protection (BCBP) Agency. The Government will consider either contiguous land or individual sites. Purpose: To set-up with utilities (water, septic/sewer, electric & phone minimum) sites to support three (3) new doublewide modular homes (approx 28? x 66?) for the housing of BCBP families. Required: Land must have improved road access. Land that is offered must have concrete slabs installed by offeror, on which to place housing modules. Each site must have utilities installed by offeror to allow full hook-up. Offeror will be responsible for compliance with all required permits, zoning ordinances, and regulations. A preliminary title report and any existing environmental site assessment reports, soil reports, flood plain status, geotechnical reports, or other pertinent data must accomplish each expression of interest. In addition, all submittals must include a representation of the agent's authority to tender the offer. This ad solicits for potential land donations as well as land for lease. The federal government hereby notifies all interested parties that we may consider properties other than those in response to this advertisement. Lease Term: Five (5) year firm term lease with five (5) one (1) year options. In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the property to be leased with anyone other than the General Services Administration Contracting Officer or Designated Government Representative associated with this action.
