The estimated occupancy date is March 1, 2008. The parking spaces must be located in a professional surrounding and/or tasteful rehabilitation area. Streets and public sidewalks must be well maintained. Parking facility offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal/GSA-PBS, State, and local codes and regulations including but not limited to fire and life safety, free of asbestos, accessibility (Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) compliant or, if not, landlord must be willing to make the building fully ABAAS compliant), OSHA, seismic protection, and not located in a flood plain.
