DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) ADVERTISEMENT FOR SUCCEEDING LEASE ACTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (Government) intends to award a succeeding lease to H2J, LLC, under the authority of General Services Acquisition Manual (GSAM) Part 570.402.
