The County of Riverside Purchasing & Fleet Services Department on behalf of The County of Riverside Office of Economic Development is soliciting quotations for the purchase of a Compact Excavator as detailed in this RFQ. All parts not specifically mentioned which are necessary to provide a complete Excavator shall be included in the bid and shall conform in strength and quality of workmanship to what is usually provided to the trade in general. The specifications herein shall not be construed in any way to sanction the degrading or elimination of accepted standards of engineering and craftsmanship in configuration and construction. The Excavator must be Tier 4 Final certified. Once the Excavator is received, the County of Riverside Fleet Services Department will register the Excavator in the CARB DOORS system as well as the County maintenance system.
