The agency has a fixed budget of $400,000.00 and is seeking the highest total tonnage available under this budget. Must be delivered by 6/30. (No exceptions)
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award (Purchase Order) to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who proposes the lowest all-inclusive cost per ton, thereby yielding the highest total tonnage for the fixed budget of $400,000. Eventual Purchase Order will be an even split of the two rock types. (Pink and Gray)
