The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract (Purchase Order) to provide: Supply and delivery of decorative multi-colored rock (Pink & Gray) to Utah State Correctional Facility (USCF) located in Salt Lake City. The agency has a fixed budget of $400,000.00 and is seeking the highest total tonnage available under this budget. Must be delivered by 6/30. (No exceptions)
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award (Purchase Order) to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who proposes the lowest all-inclusive cost per ton, thereby yielding the highest total tonnage for the fixed budget of $400,000. Eventual Purchase Order will be an even split of the two rock types. (Pink and Gray)
Vendor must guarantee its pricing until completion of project.
