The U.S. Department of the Interior, through the Fish and Wildlife Service’s Construction A/E Team 1, is soliciting proposals under Solicitation Number 140FC126R0006 for the design and construction of a new fisheries laboratory at the San Bernardino National Wildlife Refuge in Arizona, alongside the demolition of the existing facility. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 236220, exclusively reserved for small businesses, and uses a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method.
