Physical Address for hand carried bids: Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland CO, 80538. The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The principal components of work includes; Removal, disposal and replacement of three (3) oil power circuit breakers with Government-furnished SF6 gas power circuit breakers, four (4) Government-furnished disconnecting switches with ground blades, nineteen (19) Government-furnished disconnecting switches, one (1) motor operated disconnecting switch modifying existing cable ducts, and associated electrical equipment for Flatiron Substation and Pole Hill Switchyard breaker and switch replacement located near Loveland, Colorado.
