Physical Address for hand carried quotes/proposals/bids: Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland CO, 80538. The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The principal components of work includes; Miscellaneous site work, foundations for substation structures, electrical equipment and material, cable trenches, remove approximately 1.5 miles of existing conductor, overhead ground wire, optical overhead ground wire, assemblies, wood pole structures, anchors, and guys; furnish and install galvanized steel structure and relocate steel structures, new foundations, conductor insulator assemblies overhead ground wire assemblies, overhead optical ground wire assemblies, conductor, overhead; install Government Furnished power circuit breaker and vertical switchboard; furnish and install disconnecting switches, coupling capacitor voltage transformer, high voltage bus, ground system, conduit, insulated cables, terminal boxes, test trailer receptacles, outdoor lighting unit, OPGW and OPGW terminations.
