AMENDED SYNOPSIS TO CHANGE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER for Museum Interpretive Exhibit Planning, Design and Fabrication Services The purpose of this amended synopsis is to inform all potential offerors that the solicitation number has changed. The Solicitation Number is changed FROM: 140P2123R0020 TO: 140P2124R0006 The Government anticipates release of the solicitation on or around October 24, 2023. AMENDED SYNOPSIS TO INCLUDE DESCRIPTION BELOW - 140P1123R0020 - National Park Service service-wide five year multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide Museum Interpretive Exhibit Planning, Design and Fabrication. The National Park Service (NPS), Department of the Interior (DOI), anticipates issuing a solicitation for a Multiple Award Task Order IDIQ contracts. This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a solicitation; accordingly, no response is due at this time. Specific instructions on submitting proposals will be contained in the solicitation documents. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or around September 27, 2023, subject to change pending internal reviews. The entire solicitation package, including all attachments, will be available electronically at: https://sam.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. Provide parks with assistance in rehabilitating or replacing old and outdated exhibits or in producing new displays for parks. THIS IS NOT A FAR PART 36 REQUIREMENT; NO CONSTRUCTION OR A&E WORK INCLUDED IN THIS IDIQ. The contractor shall provide all services including labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and travel (except as otherwise specified in the solicitation) necessary to provide the NPS with museum interpretive exhibit planning, design, fabrication and installation. This contract responds to a need for fabrication of all types of exhibits ranging from small temporary displays to major museum exhibitions.
