The contractor must comply with all VA design standards, safety regulations, and infection control measures, ensuring that electrical work is coordinated with existing panels and outages are scheduled with minimal disruption to medical operations. The contract also mandates the use of VA’s Autodesk Construction Cloud platform for project management and communication, and requires contractor personnel to complete VA privacy training. Quality control provisions include a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials, detailed records management compliance per federal regulations, and the contractor’s responsibility for daily cleanup, debris disposal, site security fencing, and restoration of work areas.
