Contract Requirements: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for VA Project Replace Chiller at Bldg. 11 Boiler Plant, as required by provide SOW, Specification and Drawings. Work includes general construction, demolition, and alterations necessary for replacement of existing chiller, pumps and associated appurtenances, and installation of new chiller, pumps and associated appurtenances, including the necessary removal of existing structures, equipment pads and construction of certain other items.
