Contractors are required to comply fully with The Yakama Nation’s Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO), including payment of all applicable TERO taxes, and all personnel must wear visible identification. The project is governed under the Service Contract Act, requiring adherence to prevailing wage determinations, and contractors must ensure uniforms do not reduce employee wages below required levels.
