Yellowtail WHMA Fence Project - Wyoming Game & Fish

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 13, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Yellowtail Wildlife Habitat Management Area (WHMA) Fence Project, located east of Lovell, Wyoming at 44.879761,-108.222174,14.92. Project Description: This project will consist of the removal, disposal, and installation of fence at the Yellowtail WHMA. The project will include all mobilization, equipment, materials, and labor. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. MT on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, starting at the Yellowtail WHMA, east of Lovell, WY in Big Horn County, WY. The complete set of bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from: http://www.publicpurchase.com. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on July 28, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on August 4, 2026. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 28, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. August 13, 2026. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the due date indicated in the document.
