SECTION 00 1113 NOTICE TO BIDDERS RFB #951700-01 The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for the the Columbarium & Irrigation Expansion Project at Iowa Veterans Cemetery, 3424 Veterans Memorial Dr. Van Meter, Iowa 50003. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates that the Grant Approval Process will be completed by August 28th and NOI’s sent to contractors by August 31st, 2026. Construction to begin on April 12th, 2027, and ends on June 7th, 2027. Bids must be received no later than 02:00 pm, Thursday, July 30, 2026. Late bids will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted on IMPACS Electronic Procurement System. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier’s check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America.
