BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The project includes but is not limited to providing a new county maintenance facility for PennDOT's York Country District that is efficient, safe, supports operations, and adheres to PennDOT's standards. The facility includes a new 42,000 pre-engineered maintenance building and supporting structures, such as bridge and paint crew buildings, sign shop, vehicle wash building, brine making building, salt shed, salt storage building, various equipment and materials storage buildings, and fuel island.ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $39,184,000.00. APPLICATION DUE DATE WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2026, AT 4:30 P.M. The Department of General Services Capital Programs and the Office of Business Inclusion and Supplier Development identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals.
