BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work is intended to replace low voltage cabling and distribution panels from low voltage feeders to low voltage Main Distribution Panels (MDP) in the institution. Provide aerial line from Generator room to Bldg. #53, to add all outbuildings to Main Distribution Switch gear and provide Emergency Generator coverage. Replace Analog Gate controls at 2 Gate and Front Gate with PLC controlled Gate operators. Also replace all gate motors and gear driven assemblies.ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $7,000,000.00.
