BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The PA Department of Military and Veterans Affairs requires a complete final design package to construct a new 69,952 SQFT Institutional Post-Initial Military Training, Unaccompanied Housing facility consisting of 63,956 SQFT Barracks and 5,996 SQFT Dining Facility that supports a 234 peak student load, individual and collective training, administrative, automation and communications, and logistical requirements for the ARNG.ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $38,600,000.00. APPLICATION DUE DATE WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2026, AT 4:30 P.M. The Department of General Services Capital Programs and the Office of Business Inclusion and Supplier Development identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals.
