Youth Basketball Jerseys

The City of Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation department is soliciting electronic quotations under RFQ-17-2027 for the procurement of youth basketball jerseys and head coach shirts for approximately 160 teams. The requirement includes a minimum of 1,480 reversible jerseys made of 100% polyester Micro Poly Interlock and a minimum of 150 head coach t-shirts made of a 50/50 blend. Jerseys must feature specific printing requirements, including team names and 4-inch numbers on the front and sponsor names and 6-inch numbers on the back, with white print on the color side and black print on the reverse side. Sizing ranges from youth small to adult triple extra-large. All items must be free of defects, as factory seconds are prohibited. Quotations must be submitted electronically by November 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST. The selected contractor must deliver all apparel F.O.B. Destination to the McFadden Community Center by January 4, 2027, with final orders and sizes provided by December 11, 2026. A critical requirement is that shirts be packaged by individual team in separate boxes, with external labels specifying the team name, shirt color, and quantity/sizes. The contractor is responsible for replacing any defective items within five days of a request made within 30 days of delivery. All pricing must be inclusive of all costs, including shipping and labor, though the City is exempt from sales tax.
