Synopsis for Chillicothe VAMC Attic Remediation Service The Veteran's Administration in Chillicothe, Ohio is seeking a responsible contractor to perform the following remediation service. Contractor to remove bat/bird droppings, carcasses, and contaminated debris from all surfaces in building attics. The contractor shall perform air quality testing in order to ensure adequate clearance. The Contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals to successfully complete the tasks. This request for quote will be for the attic of building 1, and also for other areas to be determined at a later date. Pricing for Building 1 attic will be as a whole. Building 1 attic is approximately 23,000 square feet in size. Options 1(year 2014) & Option 2(year 2015) shall be priced per square foot. Evaluations will be based on past performance, technical evaluation, and cost to the government. All other details and information shall be contained within the solicitation.
