Contractor shall provide all required labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, instrumentation, and services to Modernize Elevators Bldg. #217 as outlined in the contract specifications. Work to include but is not limited to, replace control system, control panels, doors, door interlocks and switches and hallway indicators. Install new updated control system and panels with voice announcements, replace tank units, upgrade fire service with shunt trip circuit breakers connected to building fire panel and refurbish cab with new floor, drop ceiling tile and wall panels. Work is to be completed within 210 calendar days of receipt of a Notice to Proceed. The project magnitude range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238290 Small Business size standard of $14.0 million applies.
