The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Synopsis for the design, permitting, and construction services required to repair the Salmon Creek Overflow Tide gate structure at the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge in Loleta, California. The project aims to improve fish passage for the endangered tidewater goby and enhance migratory water bird habitats. The scope of work includes preparing permit applications, removing tide gate obstructions, repairing slope erosion and missing wing walls, and fixing broken railings.
