Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Setpoint Systems Corporation in accordance with FAR part 12 regulations, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The requirement is to install EMCS emergency HVAC shut down at several buildings located on Buckley AFB. This includes adding and upgrading HVAC control systems in various buildings at Buckley AFB. The award will go to Setpoint Systems Corporation, 8167 S Park Circle, Littleton, CO, 80120-5666. This requirement is considered sole source since the vendor is the sole manufacturer's distributor of the Delta controls for the regional area. The authorized dealer is the only vendor that can perform service agreement due to the protected territories by the manufacturer of the controls and software.
