The requirement is to provide hardware and software upgrades to the HVAC systems in various buildings at Buckley AFB. The award will go to Setpoint Systems Corporation, 8167 S Park Circle, Littleton, CO, 80120-5666. This requirement is considered sole source since the vendor is the sole manufacturer's distributor of the Delta controls for the regional area. The authorized dealer is the only vendor that can perform service agreement due to the protected territories by the manufacturer of the controls and software.
