Dredging in Section 1 will be required to a depth of 37 feet MLLW plus 1 foot allowable overd epth and dredging in Sections 2,3,4,5 and 6 will be required to a depth of 30 feet MLLW plus 1 foot of overdepth. Side slopes and box cuts will be required for this contract. Hopper dredging shall not be permitted under this contract. The Government-furn ished disposal area available for use under this contract is Fort Mifflin Disposal Area B and Area C.
