Z--MONO Replace Visitor Center HVAC Systems

The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, is seeking a small business contractor under NAICS 238220 to replace and relocate HVAC systems at the Monocacy National Battlefield Visitor Center in Frederick, Maryland. This firm-fixed-price project, estimated between $250,000 and $500,000, involves the replacement of a Weil McLain Boiler, a 15-ton York DX Air Conditioning Split System, and two Liebert systems (12k and 18k BTU). Because the visitor center is a historic structure, all work must comply with cultural resource protection conditions. The contractor will also be required to provide temporary cooling until the new equipment is fully installed.
