RED ROCK ADMIN BUILDING PHASE 2 REPAIRS

The Bureau of Land Management’s National Operations Center, under the Department of the Interior, is preparing to procure repairs for the Red Rock NCA Administration Building in Clark County, Nevada, approximately 17 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and Product Service Code Z2AA for Repair of Office Buildings, with a small business size standard of $45 million. Offerors must be registered with an active Unique Entity Identifier in SAM.gov to be eligible. The requirement will be conducted through negotiation in accordance with FAR Part 15, and the solicitation is set to be issued in mid-July 2026, with proposals due approximately 30 days later and an anticipated award in September 2026.
