Z--REPLACE MAINTENANCE HVAC SYSTEMS

The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, is seeking qualified small business contractors to replace an HVAC system at the John Muir National Historic Site in Martinez, California, under solicitation number 140P8526Q0057. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238220, with a size standard of $19.0 million, and only offers from certified small businesses will be considered. The work involves furnishing and installing high-efficiency heating systems for the maintenance office and maintenance equipment repair/storage garage, a replacement heating unit for the woodworking shop, and air conditioning units for both the office and garage areas, along with associated ductwork, refrigerant piping, condensate drains, electrical disconnects, controls wiring, and programmable thermostats for independent temperature control.
