The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Veterans Integrated Service Network 04 Contracting Office at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a single Firm Fixed Price design-build contract focused on upgrading the Direct Digital Control (DDC) HVAC Controls in Building 1. The contract will encompass full design and construction services compliant with VA design guides, regulations, and applicable codes, requiring the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, permits, and supervision.
