Page 1 of 3 The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, 809 Lamont St, Mt Home, TN 37684 has a requirement to Project Number 621-23-104. Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for James H. Quillen VAMC as required by drawings and specifications for the relocation of Police Dispatch. All work performed shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, codes, VA policies/regulations, specifications, drawings and the SOW.
The period of performance will be 365 calendar days.
PRODUCT/SERVICE CODE: Z1DA Maintenance of Hospitals and Infirmaries
This will be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C. section 8127(d).
NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, applies to this requirement. The small business size standard is $45M.
The estimated range of construction is Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000
This requirement will be procured per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14.101 Sealed Bidding. The evaluation factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be posted on or around 19 December 2025.
This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). Only those SDVOSB s listed and viewable in the SBA database located at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/. The database will be checked at the time of offer submission as well as prior to award. All offers must also have an active listing in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
In addition to the requirements as set forth in the solicitation notice (to be issued), the proposed contractor must also be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9. The Contracting Officer will determine responsibility prior to any award being made.
