Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 15 Procedures. Solicitation 36C26026R0102 is issued as a request for Proposal. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested. This solicitation is issued as open market, unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, WA has a requirement for a Contractor to provide grease traps replacement. The repair the Pharmacy Cache HVAC system to ensure required humidity, temperature control, and ventilation requirements are met while providing Building Management System (BMS) control to existing campus system. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment, installation, training, commissioning documentation, O&M documentation, and one-year warranty of materials and installation. Contractor shall do a field verification to ensure all equipment, parts and materials are identified and verify all existing conditions. A site visit will be conducted for this requirement on August 27, 2026, at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center Campus from 10:00 AM PST to 11:00 AM PST. Please see solicitation for more information on site visit instructions. TERMS: This requirement incorporates one or more clauses/provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
