The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 Contracting Office, is conducting an unrestricted procurement for construction services to upgrade the UD SPS AHU and RO system at the Pittsburgh VAMC located at University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240.
