Solicitation 36C26026R0100 for project 531-26-3-5043-0091 Exterior Painting Boise VAMC BLDGS 4, 120, 124 is estimated to be posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities on or about July 24, 2026, with an estimated closing date on or about August 7, 2026. This will be 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The scope of this project includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals to prepare and paint designated exterior buildings elements at the Boise VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702. All work shall conform to the Statement of Work, manufacturer specifications, and applicable VA standards.
General Requirements Prepare, prime (as required), and apply finish coats to all specified surfaces per manufacturer instructions and VA/industry best practices. Match existing colors unless otherwise directed in writing Protect adjacent surfaces, landscaping, vehicles, pedestrians, and during painting operations.
