Project Title: Replace Flat Roof Building 57 Project Number: 542 26 109 Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center (VAMC), intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Project 542 26 109, Replace Flat Roof Building 57. The work includes the full replacement of the EPDM flat roof systems on Building 57, including the southern basement entrance/exit roof. Scope includes removal and replacement of the EPDM membrane, insulation, cants, flashing, and associated roof components; correcting roof pitch to designated roof drains; repairing concrete decking; removing abandoned rooftop equipment; replacing the existing exhaust fan and damaged exhaust hood; and installing new lightning protection for affected equipment.
