Commodity or Service Required: Purchase of Zoll Defibrillator & Monitor Worry Free Service Plan Description: Lee County Public Safety seeks to execute a single -source procurement for Zoll defibrillator and monitor service and maintenance plans by Zoll Medical Corporation. This service and maintenance plan is used for preventive maintenance and repair services on Lee County Public Safety EMS devices Intended Single Source: Zoll Medical Corporation Justification for Single Source Acquisition: Zoll Medical Corporation is the only authorized preventive maintenance and repair provider of Zoll Defibrillators and Monitors currently owned and operated by Lee County Emergency Medical Services. Use of unauthorized maintenance and repair services on Zoll EMS devices voids manufacturer's warranties.
