Zone 4 Tank Rehabilitation Project (Phase I)

The Zone 4 Tank Rehabilitation Project (Phase I) is a public works solicitation issued by the City of Folsom Utilities Department for the rehabilitation of two water storage tanks: the Zone 4 - Broadstone Tank and East Tank #1. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the project, with specific tasks for East Tank #1 involving the retrofitting of an existing opening for a roof-mounted THM blower system and mixer, spot repairing the exterior coat, and performing electrical and instrumentation modifications. The project has an engineer's estimated construction cost of $1,170,000. Additionally, the project is subject to prevailing wage requirements under Labor Code Section 1771 and requires performance and payment bonds.
