West Jordan City (“Owner”) requests general contractor Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) for the purpose of pre-qualifying potential contractors who may bid on the Zone 5 North 4.0 MG Water Storage Reservoir (“Project”). Invitations to bid on the Project will be issued only to those general contractors who are pre-qualified under this Request for Statements of Qualifications (RSOQ).
