In Accordance with FAR 6.302-1 this a limited competition for technical services in support of ZoomText. TRICARE Management Activity Contract Operations Division - Falls Church Description: ZoomText Technical Serives Zoomtext Technical Services are essential for 62 employees to successfully meet their necessary job tasks. The government has purchased the ZoomText software for the 62 Federal Workers as a form of a mandatory reasonable accommodation per Equal Employment Opportunity laws. This service ensures comprehensive integration of the Zoomtext software into a user's information technology environment, ensuring that the software can be used effectively with the existing programs at an employee's agency, as well as ensuring that the users themselves are well versed in the use of the software to maximize the benefit of the assistive technology and avoid exacerbating current disabilities through improper or ineffective use of the software. Providing technical services are essential for employees to successful meet their necessary job tasks.
