Caroline Thrower

Caroline Thrower operates within a procurement environment focused on specialized aviation components and manufacturing. The agency demonstrates a balanced approach to socioeconomic contracting, with a split between total small business set-asides and full-and-open competitions. This indicates a commitment to increasing small business participation while maintaining a competitive landscape for larger-scale requirements. Her procurement activity is exclusively concentrated within NAICS 336413, specializing in the acquisition of other aircraft parts and auxiliary equipment manufacturing. This suggests a technical focus on aviation hardware and the procurement of critical aerospace components.
