The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at the Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center is seeking to negotiate a contract with BCN Technical Services, Inc., located in Hastings, MI, for the purchase of replacement brackets for a Niagara Metal Shear. The contract is identified under solicitation number HSFEMW-10-P-0333 and falls under NAICS code 333513, which pertains to metal cutting machinery manufacturing. The Department of Homeland Security’s National Continuity Section (CON50) is the managing office for this acquisition, with contract administration led by Contracting Officer Deborah O. Foster. The contract, identified by solicitation number HSFEMW-10-P-0332, is managed by the National Continuity Section within the Department of Homeland Security and specifically executed from Berryville, VA. Interested parties are informed that this notice is not a request for quotations but rather an announcement of intent to negotiate exclusively with ESI. Award will be granted to the responsible offeror based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria, requiring the vendor to demonstrate the ability to handle weekly pick-ups, return items in their original groupings, and provide professional cleaning and pressing.
