Eric Hatcher

Eric Hatcher serves in a secondary role within the agency's procurement framework, supporting the acquisition mission through the management of specialized transportation requirements. The majority of the agency's procurement activity is conducted through no set-aside vehicles, which account for the vast majority of awards. There is a smaller percentage of activity dedicated to total small business set-asides and unrestricted solicitations. The agency's procurement focus is almost exclusively centered on maritime logistics, with a primary concentration in deep sea freight transportation. A minimal portion of their activity extends to deep sea passenger transportation.
