Harold Colville

Harold Colville serves as a primary procurement contact, managing acquisitions and overseeing the procurement mission within their organization. Regarding set-aside preferences, the procurement patterns indicate a primary reliance on full and open competitions, with no set-aside requirements applied to the majority of actions. However, there is a documented commitment to small business participation, with a portion of acquisitions designated as Total Small Business Set-Asides. The technical focus of these acquisitions is centered on specialized manufacturing and technical services. Primary areas of expertise include audio and video equipment manufacturing, explosives manufacturing, and electronic computer manufacturing. Additionally, the procurement scope extends to professional services including engineering services and computer systems design services.
