Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Document Processing Support Services

The NRC Division of Contracts plans to negotiate and award a one-year extension to task order NRC-DR-33-08-301 with National Interest Advanced Solutions, LLC. This extension acts as a short-term "bridge" to continue essential support services for processing paper and electronic documents in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) until a competitive follow-on contract is awarded and any resulting protests are resolved. The extension follows proper Federal Acquisition Regulation guidelines and avoids service disruption or inefficiencies that would arise from transitioning these critical services to a different vendor on a temporary basis. Given the complexity and time required for personnel clearances and knowledge transfer, maintaining the incumbent provider ensures seamless continuation of services during this transitional period. National Interest Advanced Solutions, LLC has supported the NRC under this task order for over five years, providing vital assistance in managing unclassified, official programmatic and administrative records within ADAMS. Their extensive institutional knowledge and proven performance make them uniquely qualified to maintain uninterrupted service, which is critical to NRC’s mission. The task order’s place of performance is in Rockville, MD, and the extension ensures there are no gaps in document processing support while NRC completes the competitive procurement for a long-term solution. The designated point of contact for this contract is Senior Contract Specialist Jordan Pulaski.
