Janitorial services Salt Lake City, UT (multiple locations)

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00302 for janitorial services at multiple operational facilities in Salt Lake City, Utah, including the SLC ATCT/TRACON, SLC ARTCC/CCF/NEMC office spaces, and the SLC NCE office space. This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside for small businesses, structured as a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a one-year base period beginning January 1, 2027, and four subsequent one-year option periods through December 31, 2031. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform tasks defined in the Statement of Work and Frequency Charts. Due to the mission-critical nature of these facilities, cleaning in specific operational areas must be conducted between 12:01 AM and 6:00 AM to minimize disruption, while window cleaning is restricted to specific weekday daytime hours. The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Evaluation factors include past performance, which requires at least three customer satisfaction surveys from similar contracts valued at $1 million or higher, key personnel qualifications—specifically a Project Manager with at least five years of relevant experience—and a comprehensive Quality Control Plan. Recent amendments have updated the solicitation to include revised wage determinations (WD 2015-5489, Revision 31), updated Statement of Work details, and revised attachment files for facility specifications. The final deadline for proposal submissions has been extended to September 22, 2026. All proposals must be submitted via email to the designated contracting official, and one signed copy of the latest amendment must be included with the final submission.
